dear around graz riders,

we hope you are prepared for our nice little ride tomorrow.
for an even better preparation here are some details

before we start our RAG autumn edition tomorrow from 8 am at karmeliterplatz!

by the way: coffeeservice starts already at 7.30! / powered by: diefahrbar

the predicted fine weather should guarantee nice road conditions all along the way.
with two minor restrictions:

1) on the sommeralm (beginning shortly after brandlucken) you not only have to cross some cow barriers (up- and downhill), it may also occur that cows cross the street, stand or even lie there. so be careful and don’t frighten them!

2) shortly behind arzberg there is a section with loose gravel on the street! this should be no problem for all the riders who then take the route up right to burgstall/angerkreuz. uphill these chunks are mainly on the left side of the road.
BUT if you decide to ride back to graz via gollersattel BE CAREFUL!
on the downhill part of the gollersattel the amount of gravel is even bigger and this time on your side of the road and especially in the (sharp) corners.

which brings us to the following:
THE RAG AUTUMN EDITION IS STILL A RIDE AND NO RACE!
ride carefully and be nice to all other riders, pedestrians and other road users!

each and everyone is responsible for her/his behaviour.
the inviters disclaim all liability. against them, neither because of damage nor because of injuries of any kind claims are asserted. each rider has to provide his own insurance coverage. like for any other private ride she/he does.

the routes proposed are a proposition only. subject to change.
we ride exclusively on public roads and there applies (what else?) without exception the StVO
routes as .gpx: www.ridearoundgraz.at/the-autumn-routes/

as a self supported ride we still do not offer feed stations.
but you can find our recommendations for refreshment stops and meeting points here

and now:
check your bike. search your suncreme. load your board computers.
loosen your legs. free your mind.

have a great day around graz!
stay safe!
see you tomorrow!
